UK Automotive Refinish sponsor 2022 NBRA Greener Bodyshop Awards

On October 20, 2022, the UK Automotive Refinish team attended the 2022 Greener Bodyshop Awards hosted by the National Body Repair Association at the West Midlands Safari Park.

As the official headline sponsors for the event, BASF Automotive Refinish UK & Ireland sponsored the Carbon Footprint Group Award and Carbon Footprint Independent Award.

Our BASF table were also delighted to be the winners of the Charity Raffle supporting Ben, the charity dedicated to supporting the people of the automotive industry, providing support for life for them and their family dependents. Gavin Townsend, Sales Manager UK & Ireland, subsequently donated the Safari Park’s Giraffe Soft Toy prize, auctioning it off to raise over £700 for the charity.
 

The National Body Repair Association was launched in March 2017 and brought together the National Association of Bodyshops and the repairer members of the Vehicle Builders and Repairers Association. NBRA members displaying the CTSI Approved Code Logo operate to a strict Code of Practice approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. The NBRA is the only trade association for car body repairers in the UK.
