R-M training is a high-value offer which helps achieve just that – increased profitability for bodyshops. The offer, born from the close collaboration between R-M’s technical experts and our professional trainers, is implemented on a global scale and combines state-of-the-art teaching methods with practical exercises which are efficient and fun !

R-M’s close relationship with painters revealed that they are not all comfortable with traditional “school” type learning methods and the result was that only a small percentage of the message was retained.

We therefore developed an entirely new concept based upon the latest techniques in adult learning, which avoids using long, formal presentations.

We prefer the painters discover concepts for themselves, in group exercises or individual activities. This helps them to secure ideas and methods, which they can then use in their bodyshops to reduce material consumption and above all, process time. The training offer includes a complete portfolio of seminars, which deal with application techniques, best practices and also an in-depth 3-level colour course.
