Utilisation of the software

An R-M specialist will install the software.

Entering data The data can be keyed into the software on a monthly basis or as each repair is performed. Sending data The data is e-mailed, at the click of a button, once the month has ended. Obtaining a report The data is processed and a report is e-mailed to your predefined account. Developing an action plan The report results can then be analysed and an action plan can be drawn up, should any of the key indicators reveal significant discrepancies.
