The key to rolling out R-M’s innovative Training for Excellence offer is to Train The Trainers - this is exactly what the R-M Academy have achieved in Dubai last week, a real“first” for the Middle East region. It is becoming increasingly important for the success of the brand that the National Head Trainers have an excellent knowledge of all the R-M products and related processes. Accident repair centers are demanding specialized service. “That is why R-M decided to train the National Head Trainers in Dubai. By doing so, we can train them in the correct application techniques with temperatures and humidity’s we simply do not have in our training academy in France” says Rosalind Borrega, Head of the Training Academy of R-M.

During 4 intensive days, Global Trainer, Peter van Keulen, trained the country technicians from Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon and the UAE at temperatures between 40° and 45°C in the smart new training centre “Autobody” of the R-M Importer Al Dahiya in Dubai. “This training center is fully equipped with the latest R-M products and recommended equipment and therefore the ideal training location. Besides the training, it is also important to create teambuilding and after the first session we know that we managed to create a strong network for the region. They are all looking forward to be trained and see each other again in Dubai in November” says Peter.
